Privacy Notice

This notice describes the information collected when you use Lynchburg Released Inmates, why it is used, and the limited situations in which another party may receive it. It also explains the role of outside search providers, cookies, and links to agencies such as BRRJA and VADOC. By using the site, you accept the practices described here.

Information You Choose to Send

Terms Entered in Search Tools

When you type a name, location, or other detail into a search box, that query is sent to the third-party company that operates the tool. Its own privacy terms govern the query after submission. Lynchburg Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.

Emails and Other Messages

If you send us an email or another direct message, we retain the content and contact details as needed to respond. We do not share the message outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
